All About The Riverside

Austin has beautiful weather about 8 months out of the year. But for 4 (sometimes 5) months, it can be hellishly hot. Soul-crushingly hot. Luckily, it also has plenty of places to cool off: lakes, rivers, swimming holes (for swimming), watering holes (for boozing), shady trails, and more.

The footwear of choice for the blistering months (and most other months) is the flip-flop. As all locals know, having the wind on your toes makes it feel 10 degrees cooler.     Most comfortable flip flop ever!

    These flip flops arrived yesterday and they're so comfortable that I had to order a second pair. Flips have been my shoe of choice for 50 years and these are the most comfortable pair I can remember. Great product

    Simple. Comfortable. Classy.

    These flops are fantastic! They have that classic feel, but an edge of sophistication. There is a current trend to make flops too sophisticated, with form-fitting soles and bottoms that make them look like decapitated sneakers, so it's nice to see a quality flop that fits right, won't blow out, and doesn't make you look like you're thinking about a man bun.

    Mixes well with cigars and whiskey.

    Best flip flops I own

    Comfortable from the first wear and got even more comfy. I put them through the paces (not laces) from sand to water to dirt. Super durable and comfy. Highly recommend!

    High Quality

    I was a little skeptical buying flip flops from a boot company but was pleasantly surprised. They are high quality, very well made and very comfortable. The fit was perfect. I have ordered many different brands of flip flops and these felt the best on my feet.
