LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

All of our cowboy boots are covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the boots.If your boots covered by this warranty fails due to a manufacturing defect we will repair it without charge, or replace it, at our discretion. Only original, unaltered and unmodified items and workmanship are covered. This warranty does not cover sole or heel wear (we do not resole or reheel boots), wear and tear (including scratches or discoloration, damage caused by accidents), excessive wear, improper or lack of care, fit issues (see the time window for returns and exchanges for all fit issues), negligence, the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use, or other factors not due to defects in material or workmanship. Damage not covered under warranty may be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping. Alvies Limited Lifetime Warranty is covered to the original owner, for the lifetime of the boots.

HOW DOES THE WARRANTY WORK?

Alvies is committed to providing the highest standard of cowboy boots – which is why we offer a Lifetime Warranty for all purchases of our boots. If your boots are damaged, it fades or stops working under normal wear, this warranty entitles you to a one-time replacement for the piece. If for any reason we no longer carry the item, you are permitted to exchange your piece for another of equal or lesser value. A Shipping and Handling fee of $19.99 will be charged for all Warranty Replacements.If a defect arises in the boots and it is deemed by Alvies to be a manufacturer's defect, follow the instructions for returning the Alvies boots.Alvies will, at its option, to the extent permitted by law, either

• repair the boots using new or refurbished parts
• replace the boots with a new boot that is equivalent to the boots that are to be replaced

Alvies shall have no obligation to repair, replace, or refund until the defective boots are returned to Alvies. When a replacement is given, the returned boot becomes Alvie’s property. Boot replacements cannot be included in other promotions or sales. Each pair will be marked down individually to get you the best price possible. Do not expose your Alvies boots to harsh environments, water or chemicals, as they can alter the appearance of the boots. These include, but are not limited to:

• soaking in water
• leather cleaning products
• pools
• hot tubs
• salt water
• Spas

Please refer to the cleaning and care instructions for additional information on caring for and protecting your Alvies boots. Failure to follow these instructions may constitute abuse, misuse, or misapplication.This limited warranty and the remedies set forth above are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, remedies, and conditions, whether oral or written, express or implied. To the extent permitted by law, Alvies specifically disclaims any and all statutory or implied warranties, including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and warranties against hidden or latent defects.If Alvies cannot lawfully disclaim implied warranties under this limited warranty, all such warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the duration of this limited warranty. Alvies is not responsible for direct, special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from any breach of warranty or condition or under any other legal theory. No Alvies retailer, agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to this limited warranty.Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusions and limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State. To the extent that such rights cannot be disclaimed under applicable law, this Limited Warranty does not affect such rights.
